River Quarter

To live in the River Quarter is to be at the epicentre of a truly unique urban experience!

It was with this motto that Hora das Palavras prepared the launch of one of the most anticipated luxury developments of 2023, on the Lisbon bank of the River Tagus with a highly privileged location and unobstructed views over the river.

We were asked to develop promotional materials and a digital campaign for the launch of River Quarter on the digital channels of Consultan, one of Portugal's leading property agents in terms of annual turnover.

The commercial brochure included a sober and clear layout, with an emphasis on lighter colours and a sophisticated graphic line with white, cream and gold. The content, over 14 pages, shows the different types of flats available - T2, T3 and Duplex T5 - with large rooms and plenty of natural light.

In addition to this document, a detailed finishes map was developed, based on the plans sent by the architects to the developer, with all the technical information on the materials used in the finishes of all the River Quarter units, using renders.

On the launch date of the development, we developed a digital campaign that began with the sending of a newsletter to different Consultan databases, attractively presenting this new landmark in Lisbon's riverside landscape; followed by the implementation of an attractive content strategy for social networks, which included a set of publications and digital campaigns to increase their reach, with the aim of collecting qualified leads within the defined target audience segments.

Finally, Paid Search and Display digital campaigns were developed on Google's ad platform, creatively highlighting all the content created to promote the River Quarter over the following months.

This work resulted in very positive feedback from our client and the public, which included partners, clients and the general public.
